Tequila downloads Homecoming.exe then closes without running COH

I run the icon from my desktop as I have for weeks without error. But, since last night, Tequila always searches the manifest, downloads Homecoming.exe, and exits without opening COH. I've tried a few things like:

• Rebooting with a full power-cycle, no success.
• Erasing and copying a working version of COH from another PC, without success.
• Updating windows patches and video drivers, without success.
• Running Tequila as an Administrator and in compatibility mode, no success.
• Waving a dead chicken over the PC and mumbling something incoherent, limited success.

Any ideas? I would really like COH to work again.
