XMPP password not working

Been trying to log on (worked earlier Today)
I get a mssg:

XMPP was unable to connect
make sure your password is correct.
---------------------------------------
I never changed my password.
My Windows 7 Firewall has Paragon chat in the list of allowed programs.

Not sure what to do....
