Never Quite Fit the Lore AMA Format

I've mentioned before that my big problem with the Lore AMA was that I had zero actual lore questions, but many mechanical questions concerning it.  For examples:
There were tons of badges and tons of fan sites identifying them, but was there any chance of an in-game resource?  A place like "The Rosenblatt & Geyer Monument Company" or "Paragon City Historical Society" where you go inside and research what's available?  Details on how to achieve and the possible perks.  With hints; but not the exact co-ordinates.  Sure they could have just improved on the progress bars, but I like the go-to-a-locale-and-do-a-little-research format.
The History badges were interesting backstory for the game, but the search-click-TLDR format didn't really make for exciting game play.  After adding the Personal Story Arcs into the game, would they have considered the investment of resources to replace that window of text with a personal mission involving the protagonist described?  That would effectively turn the 3 to 6 monuments of each History badge into a PSA, and would have been more entertaining.
Would they ever invest the resources to turn souvenirs into objects we could decorate bases with?  Would you, for example: take a trip to Rosenblatt's, pay a nominal amount of influence per souvenir to make it available to your supergroup.  Collectively generating a 'Trophies' tab of one use items for your base designer to create victory displays / trophy rooms.
There were many movie theatres around the various zones.  Would they have thought to take their in-game advertisement technology to alter the marquee whenever the Summer Blockbuster was active?  Would they have turned the box office window into a menu to allow access to previous years' content (or during the off season)?
I was also disappointed with the exploration badges.  The co-ordinates were posted to fan sites before the content even made it out of Beta, so the truly obsessive SGs had their new beacons up within 10 minutes of release.  I think the game would have been better off giving up on the 8 sites per zone and adding a contact similar to Meg Mason for each neighborhood of a given zone.  These contacts would have 6 to 8 repeatable missions focused on that neighborhood – one of which was the 'beacon' mission.  Complete all the beacon missions from each neighborhood of a zone and THEN your SG can hang it on their teleporters.  Would they have ever done that?
Any opinions on these Lore-ish questions?

So you're thinking that people might actually read stuff in-game?  Never happen.
