There'll be lots of costume contests for this year's Halloween Fest:  Saturday, October 28th, 2017 - Croatoa - Floating Island (Halloween Event Map) - 1pm-7pm Pacific/4pm-10pm Eastern.  A Halloween-Themed Costume Contest, Games, and a Player-Ran Mission.
