Issues with PM

I've sent a couple of PMs recently, and after a few days passed with no response, I checked and my 'Sent messages' show nothing, making me wonder if Private messaging failed.  However, I distinctly remember seeing a message saying "message sent" or something like that after sending the messages.

Anyone else having this issue?

Click "My Messages" at the top, then on the left, under Preferences: click "Change Settings", and check "Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default."  Save the changes.

Otherwise, the Sent Folder remains empty.  Default is unchecked.
