New forum: HERC

On the main page, you will now find HERC (Hero Event Resource Committee) in the Community area.  The difference in AP33R3S and HERC is nothing, just a name change.  Same people.  It's a group that runs events in Paragon Chat like the Anniversary Celebration (among others).  Our first activity as HERC, the Summer Block Party has also been posted in the Activities thread. We will update info on the event there as things progress.
