problem with coh game, do not start.

Hi my friends.
I do not know if im in good forum section but ill try ;)
I have a problem with game since i changed my OS to win 10.
I cant connect to game, i turn on launcher, starting the game and it stuck o_O
Nothing i can do more than "ctrl+alt+del".

Is it because of win 10 or my internet?
Im noob but i did some test of connection and result is here:

I did 2 of them and result are diffrent. Should it be like that?

If number 1, you and me both.
If number 2, try the PC topic for similar problems and ideas to try.
If number 3, nobody does number 3 when you can do 2, except for special projects.

Since it seems that no one else will address the obvious question, and give a straightforward answer...

Are you talking about logging into City of Heroes itself - the superhero MMO? If so, NCSoft shut it down, as of November 30, 2012. Negotiations are underway to get it back online, but, currently, there is no way to log into the game itself. The costume & character creator has been turned into a meet-and-chat setting, called Paragon Chat, where you can create a character, explore the game zones, and chat with other "players". But there are no powers, missions or bad guys. Look under "Paragon Chat", on the main forum page, for more information.

Don't feel bad about it.  It's great that you were still interested in the game after a long hiatus!  It's that sentiment that is keeping this community and the effort to resurrect CoH active.  Let's hope we can all play together someday soon.

You can use Paragon Chat.
No, you can't play again, but you can go anywhere in the game and talk about playing the game.
It's more fun than brushing your teeth.

Yeah, it was difficult to tell if he was serious.
He included pictures of his speed test that sort of thing indicates a certain level of computer savvy.
I guess, sometimes we forget that the newspapers are filled with non-CoH stuff.
