Well, you can use this to download it, but it's no longer possible to play the game. It's only useful for things like Titan Icon and Paragon Chat:

if you use the titan icon / paragon chat installer, you end up getting a the exe file as part of those

[Paragon Avenger]

First, build time machine.
Second, set date to before November 2012.
Third, travel back in time and enjoy the game.

(To tell the truth, I'm stuck on the second one.  Do I go pre or post announcement.)
