Demo-record: Can't find cityofhereoes.exe ?

I tried to click on some of my coh demorecord files, but I keep getting an error message reading:  "Can't find cityofheroes.exe file in the current directory".  I've tried loading from the demorecord files folder on my desktop, and going into NCSoft --> City of Heroes folder and selecting that, and also selecting the Tequila folder, but no luck.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong, and how to fix the problem?  Thanks.
