Tequila I-24, Maps issue

I've updated my Icon program with Tequila, but now when I load in and try to load a map setting, it takes me to the proper zone (I can see that from the zone-loading screen), but then dumps me inside a building, or a cave, or some other contained area that does not lead to the outside.

For instance, if I type this into the chat-window:  /loadmap [maps/City_Zones/Events/Winter_09_Layout_01/Winter_09_Layout_01.txt]   it drops me into Save Baby Time cave.

If I type in:    /loadmap [maps/City_Zones/City_01_03/City_01_03.txt]   I end up inside the hospital.

Is anyone else running into this problem?  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

You can press f12 until you get teleported outside or press f5 to disable collision and make your way through the walls/ceiling.

Which zones are active currently?

Every time I F12 to /loadmaps and then type in a zone like Steel Canyon or King's Row, etc., I get teleported to an endless blue sky with clouds above me, period.  There seems no way out of that except to quit to desktop.

Which zones can I go to, and what else am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help, and for this great chance to fly around CoX again!   :)

Here is a link to a Excel list of various CoX map locations, you can use while using Icon, on my Dropbox.

Hope this makes life easier to navigate to the various CoX maps.

As Noyjitat mentioned above, if you land inside a building, just hit F12 until you land outside.
