Ok going to post some serious ones. I've even leveled a few in game in the past and just redid some in Icon. They seem to hold up still,,at least to me they do,,but hey, I'm easy.  :P

Some powers and costume suggestions as well .

Uncle Slam- This is a no brainer ,dont forget the tophat and white goatee  invul/ss

Sour Kraut- military german looking ,riffle blaster?

General Nonsense - Generals outfit with clown facepaint- riffle/merc mm

Masto Don - reptile skin and head in mobster suit  -dp/rifle/thugs mm

Swat - insect with stealth chest and belt - rifle/merc mm

Abe Lynchon -Yup, Honest Abe looking angry with tophat and bat (mace)

French Toast - mime wearing baret, anything with fire

Ronald McDonnerd -zombie Ronald McDonald with axe?

The Incredible Sulk-blue skin drk/drk melee ,,ya know,,cuz he's moody :p

Hugh Heifer- red with black trimmed robe ,anything power wise       

Crowbar- black avian with crowbar mace, Duh! :p

Ductape Avenger- tights with straps patern colored silver,anything power wise or ice for the sticky slows 

Enigizer Bunny- Rabbit ears and tail with energy melee

Gwargoyle- all gray using demon wings and stupidly oversized spikey armor ,come on,  tell me you've never heard of Gwar :p

Hannibal Lecture - orange prison jump suit look with face mask or mouth guard,, absolutely sonic

The Flash..err - Trench Coat,fedora and sunglasses, nothing else ,, super speed with reflexes ,ya know,,to flash and go,quick get away and all :p

Greaser - biker jacket with greaser hair -water blast colored black

Giga What?-  with ? chest emblem  Electric blast

St Joan of Spark - chainmail armor electric melee

Jack the Stripper- half naked Staff Stalker or naked dual blades with top hat tho to keep it all period looking :p

Robo Hobo- this is easy,,robot in all the torn up stuff with knit cap  manhole cover shield/pipe wrench mace

I had a character named bunny, it was funny to listen to the npcs say "I saw a Bunny taking the fight to Frostfire." :D

Speaking of making the NPC's sound funny,  I saw this one guy with the name Captain Colorblind.  He was always tweaking his costume at the tailor's just so some poor schmuck NPC would say, "Nice threads, Captain Colorblind!"
