Icon Help

I was wondering if someone could help me with downloading City of Heroes Icon on a Mac. I tried to read the instructions.. and it's confusing
I don't have the original City of Heroes files either
Please do help! It would mean everything if I could play around in the character creation!

I don't understand the terms and such.. and what i'm doing exactly even following the instructions. It seems there is a ton of instructions on different posts

Download the thing in the post I linked. Run it. It will do everything for you.
