What are your favorite areas to trick or treat during the Halloween Event? ( Actually, any comments about the Halloween Event will be welcome  ).   :)

I will just name two.

1. Talos Island - Just Northeast of the Tram.

2  Nerva Archipelago - On the docks just after you leave the ferry.

Also, do you mostly trick or treat solo, or on a team?

Power Gamer

I ToT in PI.

I did a lot of solo, but with each passing year I teamed more often.
It takes a village to raise a child. And it takes a villain to explain the value of lunch money.

I liked to Trick or Treat in RWZ. That way you could team up with heroes or villains.

I will have to try that!

The best place for me for the environment was Croatoa, for mob spawning the pvp arenas :D
One day the Phoenix will rise again.

My favorite too.  Always a hoot!

Seemed most ToT people enjoyed Founders Falls in Infinity server....so that's where I went.
waaa.......now I miss it. :-[

Steel Canyon was where my first Halloween event was in '04 so I will always have fond memories of fighting Eochai in the parking lot just next to where the University sprung up and below where Wentworth's sprung up.  I was holding aggro and remember seeing on chat players calling out to keep "Santa" healed.

I also remember ToTing on Kings Row due to all the doors next to each other.  I remember getting a rock and friends in my party cracking up over the Charlie Brown reference.

I usually TOTed in atlas, simply for the sheer number of lowbies who would pen doors and run leaving me easy points for cleanup... loved PUG on the steps of PCPD during zombie events and nemesis events.

ToT was my favorite event :(.

I usually teamed in IP near portal corp or Grandville. I remember my first ToT, I was still new and a lowbie. I was doing missions when I zombie came out of the ground and grabbed my foot. I was completely lost as to what was going on. LOL! I died during that first event a lot. :)

Burnt Toast

I usually would form a team in PI and hit park at a few doors. Sometimes I would venture to the hotel depending on my mood :)

Kings Row.

So. Many. Doors.

Also Croatoa, because ambiance. :)

I was there. Something about FF and the Great Pumpkin head was just very right.

Sometimes Atlas, but that was just out of laziness.
Cogito, Ergo... eh?

Hero side, it was:
- Talos: the shops east of the sandy mound.
- PI: the motel across the street and south of the Hospital.

Villain side, it was:
- Sharkhead: at the center of the island, there were 2 streets of row houses, each with a pair of doors.
- Grandville: there was a stretch of warehouses, but I can't remember their location now  :-\

I only really did the ToT thing once (that is dedicated time to ToTing rather than randomly hitting doors while waiting for folks to get to a mission or something) and it was at the motel in PI with a large league. I started as a rather low level demons/dark mastermind and was lv 30ish by the end of that session; I likely wouldn't have eventually gotten that MM to 50 if not for that lil' boost. Good times.

I was usually on red side, and those lined up doors on Sharkhead were glorious, especially with my Fire/Traps Corrputor, Poison Traps was just great in front of doors.  But I too found that hotel on PI to be a lot of fun, especially when two teams worked all those doors one after another.  One of the best times I had at the "PI Halloween Motel Party" was when I was running what I believe was lowbie 20s level hero (AT forgotten) and the leader of the party there that was made up of all 50s told me he didn't care if I was 50th or 5th but that I should come join the fun.  Not only was that wonderful of him, but I got my very first purple drop with that team as well.

Damn, I really miss Halloween in CoH.  :/

EDIT: I believe I misspoke about the purple drop, you had to be 50th level to get those drops, right?  But I do remember doing the PI ToT on that lowbie and getting my first purple, but that happened with a 50.

Grandville, west of the main plaza and down to ground level.  There were warehouses and 2 or 4 doors next to each other.  Get a large group and just keep dropping patches or doing aoe.

Sharkhead around the docks near the entrance for the mayhem.  Again multiple double doors close together making big groups easy.

For soloing, north end of cap near the university, just keep running between doors.

I loved trick or treating, but hated the zombie apocalypse events.  of course, I loved ToT more that first year when they were passing out large inspirations :)

Super Firebug

Since I soloed a lot, I took to ToTing on either side of the Siren's Call entrance in Steel Canyon. That way, if I got in over my head, I could flee to behind the entrance fence, and let the police drones take them down.

Thinking of ToT really makes me miss Freezing Rain. It's like that power was made for ToT. Drop FR. Knock. Hilarity ensues.
