Can't link to City Information Terminal

I can't link my cohtitan.com account to mine at City Information Terminal. I enter the same e-mail address and password as i use when logging in to cityinfoterminal.com

I get the following error message:

The following errors where found:

A few others have experienced a similar issue.  We are unsure why this is occuring, however I was able to Link your CIT Account with your Titan Key.  You should be able to use your Key to access your Account now, please attempt it and let me know the result.
