Well, she's got some pretty strong Crazy Eyes goin' there, they look a bit like those headlights in a weird way. Yoiu could've brainjumped directly there due to the pics. But my guess is something more like "Carrie -> Christine -> Bender Mobile" happened. Going from one Stephen King movie to another, then from one evil car to another.

I mean, you might as easily have went from Carrie to Cujo, and ended up thinking this:
