Not able to get password

I tried to use the forgot password link for COHFaces, but I never get an email.

Please please please reset my password so I can login.  I sent an email to the webmaster as well, and haven't heard anything back.

The Email would be from - webmaster@cohfaces.com, and I just tested it out, works fine for me.  Try to add that to your Safe List (if your Email has such a thing) and try again.  I can't suggest anything more then that at this time.

how long does it take to send the email?  I have added that address and I still am not getting that mail.

Is there anything that you can do to intervene?

I specifically cannot intervene for Faces, however the Email should've been almost instant.  Even during "delays" it shouldn't have taken more then a few minutes.

Silly question - Have you tried the Password Reset after adding the Email Address, and if so how many times?  If you did so and it still isn't arriving, I'll see about getting SP to reset it for you.

I have tried it like 10 - 15 times.

I have even added it to allowed senders.  I would like to get this resolved, as I still can't login.  Any admins able to help me?

I get email from all other places, just not this one

We will manually have to set your password for you and then tell it to you.

I've linked you up now, please try your Titan Key to get into your Faces Account, let me know if it works.  Once logged into the Site, you should be able to see your Username on the Top-Right on the Page.

I apologize for all this hassle, we were just trying to figure out why you were not receiving the Emails at all.

Ah yes, you do have 2 Faces Accounts, I recall seeing that recently.  Well unfortunately, each Titan Key can only hold 1 Account from each Site in it's ranks.  Therefore I'd have to have you choose which one you would want. 

Or, a request can be made to allow for multiple Account Linking from the Same Site, but I'm not sure how well that would work.

The first one works fine, I just need the second set linked.
