My guess is Strange Days

"I want rustlers, cut throats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperadoes, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, con men, Indian agents, Mexican bandits, muggers, buggerers, bushwhackers, hornswogglers, horse thieves, bull dykes, train robbers, bank robbers, ass-kickers, shit-kickers and Methodists!"

"Could you repeat that, sir?"
Listen to the 'mustn'ts'. Listen to the 'don'ts'. Listen to the 'shouldn'ts', the 'impossibles', the 'won'ts'. Listen to the 'you'll never haves', then listen close to me... Anything can happen . Anything can be.

I have this very speech on my I-pod...

Blazing Saddles.

"So you cheated?"
"Changed the conditions of the test."

ST II - The Wrath of Khan  (and the follow up to that is "I don't like to lose.")

So - next quote:

"What IS IT with you, anyway??"
"I've never believed in the End Times. We are mankind. Our footprints are on the moon. When the last trumpet sounds and the Beast rises from the pit — we will KILL it."

Actually, it goes thusly:

"Changed the conditions of the test," replied Kirk, with a mischievious look at Saavik.  "Got a commendation for 'original thinking.'  I don't like to lose."
Saavik queried, "So you've never face that situation.  Faced death."
"I don't believe in the no-win scenario."

But hey, close enough. :)

McCoy to Kirk just after Kirk kissed yet another alien babe.  Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.

Hm.  My turn to come up with a quote... let's see...  Ah, here we go, maybe this will give y'all a bit of trouble.. or not.

"Not yet, thank goodness."

"Is this gonna get ugly, now? Huh? I hope not. Because I thought what we were here, racial differences notwithstanding, was just a couple of old friends. You know, just both of us Californians."

Wow. I'm rather surprised no one got this one.  And yeah the other really good quotes would have given this away.  Big Trouble in Little China .

"I'm  here to help the helpless.  Defend the defenseless. And defeat the ... the defeatless!"

Some men were born to greatness, others had it thrust upon them.  Me?  I punted. - Col Cranston Snord

Blow things up! Blow things up! Blow things up! Blo... wait, not that!! - Jammers everywhen

Absolutely 100% True story. Upon seeing that in the theater for the very first time I just could NOT stop myself - I said out loud --

"Man, I have been waiting 25 YEARS to hear that line!"

Good thing the theater was filled with a bunch of Trekkies. I got some genuine laughter and a round of applause for that comment. :D

Two Bits, four Bits, Six Bits, A Peso... All for Zorro, stand up and say so!

The wonderful 'Zorro, The Gay Blade'.  If you haven't seen it, take the time.

Time Bandits! Quote is from Sir John Gielgud

I loved David Warner as "Evil" in that movie. Priceless comedy!

"If I were creating a world, I wouldn't mess around with butterflies and daffodils! I would've started with LASERS! 8 O'CLock! Day One!"

***Fires bolt casually off-camera and fries minion***  "Ow!"

"...sorry."

For added comedy value, imagine those lines coming from Lord Recluse. :D

EDIT: Oh - I didn't mean for the above to be my quote, obviously. Cause that's from the same film. ^_^

Here's my quote:

"These things you say we will have, we already have."

"That's true. I ain't promising you nothing extra. I'm just giving you life and you're giving me life. And I'm saying that men can live together without butchering one another."

"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

"I've never believed in the End Times. We are mankind. Our footprints are on the moon. When the last trumpet sounds and the Beast rises from the pit — we will KILL it."

10 days and no answer? Long enough, new quote ;) :

"Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory...lasts forever."
I'm bad and that's good.
I'll never be good and that's not bad.
There's no one I'd rather be than me.

...unless I could be Batman, of course. Everybody wants to be Batman.

It's definitely ringing a bell. Nick Cage in Ghost Rider?

I'll tell you now, anyone who gets this next one is Officially CoolTM in my book:

"Don't you see, Philip? It must be the key! If we can extract enough Foreheadizine -"
"- We can finally prove the existence of the forehead!"
".....Well we know the forehead exists. What we can finally prove is that it is the source of all human intellect, human and otherwise."
"Oh, of course I meant that. I'm just so excited and stuff."

Lords of Dogtown? Harold and Kumar go to White Castle? Armageddon? Man, I have no clue... would be a good line in tons of movies.

Nope. It is a comedy, but nothing like South Park.

It looks like a cheesy old scifi b-movie from the 50s or 60s but it was only made a few years ago. The same director and group of actors have made four different movies like that now, and I love them ;D

Okay, fair's fair. This one's not exactly "well known", so it's hardly shocking no-one got it. But since I want to shamelessly plug it, I'll just tell you ;D

It's from a movie called Trail of the Screaming Forehead.

I seem to have stumped everyone with my quote in my last post above. Anybody want to know the answer?

In the meantime, here's a new one:

"The old man's gonna go knock on the sky. Listen to the sound!"

Before you give us the answer, Atlantea, I'd like to offer Dances with Oscars Wolves as the source for your quote.  I would not have gotten it but I think there may be only one film with a chief named Ten Bears.  :)   As to your new quote, well, I haven't a clue.   Good luck, fellow gamers!   :)
