Another of the old school Science Fiction Grand Master has passed.  I enjoyed his Heechee saga starting with Gateway (which I would love to see made into a movie).

Sad news indeed for the sci-fi lovers worldwide. Was planning on re-reading "Man Plus" so I guess I will start right away and it'll be like a mini-homage to this wonderful writer.
