Can not link to CoHFaces

I'm trying to link my TitanKey to my CoHFaces account but it's not accepting my username/password. Not sure if it's because I have a space in my username or not. Anyone else have problems linking with a space in your username?

Several random users are having the same issue regardless of a space. We are still working on a permanent fix to the issue...once we figure out what the issue is....

Moved to Faces Section since this has nothing to do with CGT.

Others have encountered this problem and yet we still cannot target the cause.  How different is your Faces Username compared to your Titan Username?  Just the Space in between correct?

I've found you on Faces and have Linked your Key, please try it out.

I'm having the same issue...though I have never used a space in my name.

My titan network login is the same as my cohfaces login. I've tried resetting my password on cohfaces but it still rejects it.

I am having the exact same issue.  I try to link it and it states that I have entered incorrect username and password information even though I know for fact I didn't.

I'm having the same problem as well, with identical usernames (no spaces), if you could link them it would be appreciated.

Mine too! Same username on Titan and CoH Faces, giving the ">> Invalid Username >>Invalid Password" error message.

If it helps, it happens really instantaneously. I don't have a RedTomax account and when I put in random details for that it took a few seconds for it to go to redtomax.com and retrieve an invalidity statement. I guess there might be something up with the coding on the form to link to CoH Faces accounts?

We believe it is something surrounding those that had Faces before the Titan Key linking came about, only if their Faces Username matched their Key Username.  For some, they aren't able to Link...then, for a select few thus far, they can Link their Accounts but cannot Log into Faces using the Key.  It's strange, and very hard to isolate.
