Title: Power Boost and Def powers with slottable Res

While working on my Cold fender recently, I noticed that Power Boost was incorrectly increasing the defense values on the shields and the fog, despite not reflecting the same in game. I double-checked the Ice APP's Frozen Armor and it showed the same effect.
