So this is odd. Or it's simple and I'm stupid. I need some one smart to make it go.
I downloaded it, ran as admin (still required in Win 7) and ran it from the install window. Slick like snot. I closed it down, and re-opened it to find that I was still running the I-17 database. I closed it, uninstalled anything I could find that even looked like Mid's stuff and reinstalled.
Same issue.
I can only get to the Issue 18 database from the install screen. Even if I navigate to to the titan networks folder and run either Hero Designer, or MHDLoader, I still get the database from May 2010. Unless I run it from the install screen. Then it works.
Also, Fiery Embrace does nothing in PvE. There are no effects at all.
