Title: XML/JSON in Wordpress blog

Hey, guys - I have a wordpress blog that I'd like to have my characters show up as a list on a sidebar.  I don't know if the XML/JSON codes that the badge site provides would be useful for that.  Also, I don't even know how to use it.  Any pointers?
