>:( We should be getting Steffard as a contact before Kang. I did not know I was going to kill Steffard in the Kang arc and now I can't get Steffard as a contact or the contact he would have introduced me to. In order to get all the arcs and missions I'm going to have to start the character over from scratch. To say that is annoying is putting it way too mildly. Please fix this design flaw.

I'm not a moderator for the forums, but I'll jump in to say that the Titan Network doesn't run any game servers (https://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php?topic=13399.msg233219#msg233219).
That being said, the Imperial City story arcs have been documented on Paragon Wiki since Going Rogue went live in 2010. The fact that completing some story arcs could remove access to other contacts and story arcs was also known and documented at that time. If you intend to run all Praetorian content on one character, there are certain paths to take and choices to make. It's all working properly as Paragon Studios intended.

I'd also check to see if those mission arcs are available through Ouroboros.
But, yeah, asking for something to be fixed on the live game servers on these forums is pretty much screaming into the void.
