Trust me, we sympathize with those of you who are nervous about the Mouse.
However, under Eisner and Iger the Mouse has a pretty good history of taking studios that know what they are doing and leaving them alone. Pixar, for instance. IF they did anything with cross-marketing, I would expect weekly updates of the theater marquees and billboards in game, and MAYBE Portal mishes across universes, or something like an SSA. Those you could take or leave, and they'd have no particular relevance to the CoH lore.
This is a very, very long shot. We figured we would aim at the top, with the firm that literally can make an offer no one can refuse, and who could easily put our beloved devs back together. And all with no worries, since they're in the same state. After that, we aim our sights a little lower.
Be sincere. Be passionate. Keep hitting home that CoH was the best selling superhero MMORPG for all eight years of its life. And keep making the point that if Disney saves it, Disney has us for life.
