We actually do have a chance to get the DMCA modified in our favor in this way.  NCSoft isn't going to throw huge campaign contributions (or, indeed, any campaign contributions) at lawmakers to oppose this, and neither is any other game company.

It's Christmas...again. Still no City of Heroes.

How I miss that game. Especially in December. This is the lowest point of the year for me. If I could I would go straight from Halloween to New Years

I was talking with my guild mates in SWTOR on Ventrilo the other day, commenting about the difference in holiday events (Life Day is running in SWTOR), and I realized that, after five years gone, I still remember the routes I used to use in King's Row and Cap au Diable for hitting the gift boxes for candy canes. And how the 'snowball' animation, for a Stone tank, looked like they had a rock inside the snowball when they tossed it in their hand before they threw it. All the little things that other MMOs have failed to do that made CoH more than just an XP and abilities grind.
