someone should honestly try to make a coh private server just so we can play damnit im starting to go off edge about this and I miss my tot

The efforts are being made by someone I am sure. Just who they are or how far they've gotten is just not known right now, but TonyV has made posts indicating something is in the works. Given time and patience it will happen rest assured. And when it does I believe everyone will be very happy.

I gather that the group(s?) actively working on this are referred to as SCoRE -- Secret Cabal of Reverse Engineers -- in case you want to search for references in discussion threads...

I really miss my water blast level 50. He was so much fun to play. Miss having my tank I got to level 50 shortly before the shut down too. Miss all my level 50s really. Was working on all those incarnate powers on all of them.

Sadly Amoebic Dysentery never made it past the teens before the shutdown. A guy in pajamas and a bathrobe with the bubble helmet.
Probably would've been higher level except for the constantly going "Agh! Be right back, potty emergency!" and the frequent hospital trips. Oh, and deleting and remaking at least twice didn't help either. Ah well. Someday Amoebic Dysentery will rise again.

You certainly have amusing character names and concepts; and I definitely dig your NPC Council quote. Re: a private server, more power to them. I really wish NCSoft had been/would be for the players and fans on this (hardly an original sentiment.) Best wishes to all the CoH fans here on Titan Network and looking forward to the launch of City of Titans - at minimum, I know that's an MMORPG that has its heart in the right place; plus with the nearly daily Kickstarter updates, what I read causes me to think that our wonderful fellow-fan development team has really thought things thru and will be bringing us a really super MMO!
