I used to see all the adverts in comics books but never thought about buying it since at the time I thought MMO's were filled with annoying people who like to gang up on new players.

But one day in May 2004 I was in CompUSA and saw the box on the shelf and read the back and thought - 'well why not'. And 8 years later I am glad I did get it that day.
