No I did not just click the .exe file

I am getting somwhere now by pointing the start commandprompt to the actual folder holding the .exe file.

Thank you all for being so patient and helping me out.

Going to try and get some more progress in understanding computer sutff.

Yeah, the way I use it is to launch the command shell and then cd to the directory with the tool.

Alternatively, you can type the complete path the the tool from any command shell prompt.

If you're going to be re-using the input/output file names, you could also create a shortcut with the relevant command line options - that, you could then open from the desktop, rather than the shell.

Heh, just found out from the imported code that you can use negative values for the millisecond variable. Dang, that makes custom coding everything a million times simpler.
