To Our City's Residents
« on: December 05, 2012, 12:45:40 AM »
"The loveliness of Prae seems somehow sadly gay,
The glory that was Cim is of another day,
I've been terribly alone and forgotten in Rogue Isles,
I'm going home to my city by the Bay.

I'm new to threads here, so if this belongs elsewhere, please feel free to move it. :) I made this the journal of the week to sort of... get out how I felt about this whole situation. I thought the original was very fitting and jimmy rigged it for our own purposes. I thought you all might enjoy it... or appreciate it.

"I left my Heart in Paragon"

I left my heart in Paragon City,
High on a hill, it calls to me.
To be where heroes small and large fly halfway to the stars,
The DA fog may chill the air, I don't care.

My love waits there in Paragon City,
Above the blue and windy sea,
When I come home to you, Paragon City.
Your golden sun will shine for me."

I'm sure Mr. Bennett wont mind me borrowing his song: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/t/tony_bennett/i_left_my_heart_in_san_francisco.html.

I did enjoy it.  Thank you!  I'm going to piggyback on your theme of San Francisco to say this is how I feel about many members of the community.  It may be too hippy-dippy for some but it describes my feelings:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bch1_Ep5M1s "San Francisco performed by Scott McKenzie.
