I would like to start using this thread as my link to broadcast for How To Help!  People get sidetracked or otherwise can have a hard time diving right into the "action items", so I think it'll help to bullet-point them.

So to help Snowblade keep it updated, here's what I think should be added:

Add a bullet-point as the first item, "Where can I quickly see the coordinated efforts so I can join in?", and link to this thread:
http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,4880.0.html
(Caveat: That thread needs updating!)

Under Write NCSoft, post a link to the Masks & Capes call to action: http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,5022.0.html

Under the Read about Articles, you can also direct link to the google doc (here's the link): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjrAo1HdYNiddGFha0dnTzF3OEE2Nm4wUlRwSWlMRmc

Under Make my voice known, here's a link to the printable flyers thread: http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,4994.0.html

...what am I missing?

Here's a subdomain redirect to the petition: http://petition.savecoh.com  to replace the bit.ly/savecoh .

I updated the OP with the crowd-funding answer, since it's such a common question/comment.

I want to see if I can get my Special Interest Group/Local Newspaper/Local TV Station to do a story!

Here is a link to an EXCELLENT press release written by Segev:

http://stormlord.us/NCSoft%20Realignment.pdf

It is in PDF form with pictures so it is ready to print or add as an attachment.
I will go down with this ship.  I won't put my hands up in surrender.  There will be no white flag above my door.  I'm in love, and always will be.  Dido

Correction (unless someone specifically contacted them and asked about it):
IndieGoGo would likely work to fund the purchasing of the IP. IndieGoGo is far less strict about what it can be used for than Kickstarter, and it can even be used to start a business.. I imagine if you were wanting to start a business and part of the requirement of starting that business was obtaining the IP you could do it. Even if it could not be used to purchase the IP, it could be used to fund 'new studio' in order to publish CoH once the rights had been obtained.

In that vein, it is possible also that, once again following the rights attainment, Kickstarter could be used to fund a 'new studio' while it got City of Heroes up and running..

(I've spent a lot of time going over the rules and regulations for both IGG and KS)

I had started something similiar here and had a lot of links for the most common items on the board.   My work may be redundant at this point, but it could help fill the gaps here.

Mission Statement/Read this First! Draft thread.
