I'm not a PvP build guru, but coming from a logistics standpoint, I question some of your slotting. You're pretty lacking on defense bonuses overall, which seems like it'd be a hindrance in a field, as far as I know it, to be dominated by Ranged toons. They're going to hit you from far and wide before you get a chance to use any of your best attacks.

Your 5pc of Panacea in Fast Healing, for example. The PvP bonuses you have end with a Range boost, which I'm not sure would be terribly helpful on a Meleer, but the 6th piece is a pretty juicy melee defense bonus. Alternatively, the 6th bonus of Numina is a juicy ranged defense bonus. You would be better off with 6pc of Numina or Panacea, instead of 5+1.

Super Speed and Super Jump are slotted with their respective native sets, but the bonuses you get from them are underwhelming. Try 2pc of Blessing of the Zephyr instead, for more ranged defense bonuses. You could possibly squeeze a third slot into them for an AoE def bonus, then drop Acrobatics in favour of Confront, which has a -range component. Force those ranged toons to get closer to you. (I get that KB is a huge thing in PvP and why you took Acro even tho' you have Integration.)

I wouldn't hesitate to add the Regenerative Tissue piece into Health; theoretically the more you're passively healing the less you have to hit one of your active heals, the more you can straight out attack.

I'm not sure how much Toxic resistance actually helps in PvP, so you may consider swiping the 6th slot from Midnight Grasp and Shadow Maul. Actually, wouldn't Shadow Maul be a big hindrance in PvP because of its long animation? I know there's a damage bonus to long animation powers; I'm just not sure how effective it is.

With enhancement boosters you can pinch a slot from Hasten and make each of the Recharges left +3, giving you the same boost as 3 50s.

Conserve Power doesn't need the END RDX slotting; go with 1-2 recharges and be done.

It's totally worth it to find a way to 6slot Gaussian's into one of your powers that can take the slot. The defense bonuses on 6pc are fantastic. You already have 5pc in Soul Drain; swap out Adjusted Targeting for Gaussian's, find a 6th slot from elsewhere. You're not at Perma Hasten, so I don't think you'll miss the 5% recharge bonus, and you have Focused Accuracy so you won't miss the +ACC.

Moment of Glory already gives a massive +defense for a short period; swap out the Def/End piece for a Rech/End so you have it available more often. I would even try to find a 5th slot for it to shave off even more time. It's one of your best powers to open with, really. Alternatively, go with Def/Rech, End/Rech, Def/+rech and a level 50 common recharge.
