Going Rogue Pre-Order Enhancements

Now these are a vet reward (sorry, Paragon Reward) many people will be getting them on newly created characters.

Can we have these available for slotting in Mid's please?  They are pretty useful enhancements for pre-SO level toons and it would be really useful to see these.
