Missing Enhancement Totals in Pop-up

Hovering over various powers shows the pop-up with enhancement totals. It seems some stats are randomly missing. In the pic below, Recharge total is missing. If I add a Recharge enhancement it shows up again. Take it out, and it goes missing. The total enhancement values do show up in the Enhance tab of the Info Display window for all the powers.

Confirmed the same behavior in Fly when slotted with a BotZ set. The Range buff is blank similar to the Recharge line in ZM's post above.

I noticed this, too, a while back, but I guess Diellan missed my comments about it. The fact that "Pre-ED" shows up in the Enhancement tab when an aspect isn't actually being affected by ED seems to be associated with the number not appearing in the popup.

I didn't duplicate it on my end a the time, and this is fairly serious... I hope DeProgrammer can track this down.

     If it helps, I have a build that I can duplicate this in easily!  To see it in action, import my build here.  In "Energy Protection", the level 16 auto-power I have listed, you'll see an -End Cost percent but not Resist listed in the hovering tooltip.   Remove Aegis: Resistance, the middle Aegis set piece; viola!  The percent returns to the tooltip: 18.25%!  Add a bare Resist IO at level 20 and you show 33.65%.  Add a level 25, and it vanishes again.

     You likely have it already recreated, but...well, if EVERYONE thinks that and nobody gives the info (assuming "someone else" must have already!), then you might not have it.  

     (( Edit: )) Also, this build has another problem I'm having trouble understanding...I removed a slot from Breath of Fire, and it did not come back.  To save bleeding-on-the-brain for others, I'll post a thread quick for that bug too; I've rebuilt builds from scratch after not finding a cure, but now I have a workaround; remove any single level 50 slot from the build!

   (( Whoops, it seems DeProgrammer posted while I was editing...  Hm.  Well, updating quick anyway!  Also?  Thank you folks VERY much for this wonderful tool, and all of your time and expertise.  You've saved me SO much time and pain over my old 'write it out on paper, do some math and pray a bit' builds! ))

I've also already fixed it, but I've got a few more bugs to deal with before the fix is released.
