Recipes On/Off?

I never really paid this button much notice until now, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the hell it even does.  There's no effect I can see, the ReadMe seems to say nothing, and I can't find anything about it here on the forum.

It toggles between displaying the recipes for IOs and displaying the set bonus list.

I still don't see any difference.  Where is this displayed?

Turn on Pop ups then try it.
