For the last several weeks, the "Badge Spotlight" characters on the front page of CIT haven't changed -- they're still Little Pearl Kitty and Alpha-One. IIRC the spotlight used to rotate characters more frequently.
I think this happened to me once before -- I just now tried to search for any previous post I might have made on this topic, but the Titan forum search engine returns every instance of a word or phrase, by any poster, even when I set "by user" to "Sailboat," so you'll have to do without.
I see this unchanging Spotlight on both my work and home computers, even after clearing cache and browser history.
