Invention Salvage Breakdown by tier/rarity

I stumbled upon this discussion when looking for a breakdown of salvage by ranges.

Would there be any opposition to moving this table (non-DPLed, apparently) out to its own page/template/whatever? 

Also, thoughts on what a wiki page like this would be named?
