Black Scorpion comments about Badge hunting and switching sides

Here's a link to the official forum post dated August 23, 2010 by Black Scorpion.  It provides some clarification for those who want to earn badges from their opposite faction.  Basically, some badges are Hero/Vigilante only, and some are Villain/Rogue only. A list is provided.
