Two Souvenirs for One Contact: How to Handle

I've just noticed I have two souvenirs from Jessica Flores. The one I added to her page; plus another "The History of the Destroyers"

What's the protocol for adding two souvenirs to a contact's page? "Souvenir #1" and "Souvenir #2"?

Normally multiple souvenirs come from different story arcs, so we keep each souvenir with its respective arc. (Example: Sunstorm.) Is that the case here? Or are you getting two souvenirs from a single arc?

Two souvenirs from a single arc; they both refer to the same events. And yeah I thought it was strange, too, which I why I thought I'd post and see if this had happened before.

(There's a small chance she ran two arcs within her four missions, like a lot of other Contacts in Praetoria, but I don't think so in this case — I've been pretty careful to watch for that sort of thing (but might be wrong!).)
