Question on Documenting Moral Choices

Moral Choices are the occasions such as when a player gets to choose from the blue "Aid the Resistance" or gold "Aid the Loyalists"

Can anyone think of a nice elegant way to document these?

I've documented them twice http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Wardog#Blood_of_Tyrants and http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Jack_Hammer#Finale:_Skeleton_in_the_Closet and was wondering if there's a better way we can all use?

Would also need to cope with the different outcomes (if any); although in those two missions the Souvenir and Mission Complete remain the same; only the actions after making the choice differ.
