Levels and Level% Don't Match and are Wrong.

Somehow, some way, my little level 12 scrapper on Protector server is 36% through her levels. My level 45 tanker on Champion is only 30% complete and my level 14 defender on Virtue is 23% complete. It is very odd. I did search for threads on this and didn't see any so I hope I don't re-post by accident.

Ah.  This one's easy.  You're reading the numbers correctly, but you're misinterpreting what they mean.  When it says "36%" for Apple Tart, it means you have just over three and a half bars toward level 13, not that you're 36% of the way to level 50.

Level percent indicates how much through the current level your character is.  So your level 12 scrapper is 36% through to level 13.

It's a quick way for you to see how close to the next level your characters are.
