My Unnofficial I16 update for Mid's

As some of you may know, I have been working on my own updated build for Mid's to include all I16 changes and changes from previous issues that were not part of Mid's.  Now that Open Beta has hit, I am please to share with everyone St0n3y's I16 Updated Mid's

much appreciated. Perhaps Steiner could take what you've got and work from there in order to release the official update?

I'm hoping for something a whole lot better than me taking what stoney did and running with it... we'll see soon enough if that will come to fruition.

So, Stoney...  You have a bug thread yet?

Blaster Radiation blast had identical damage for N bolt, X ray and Irradiate.  I think both X Ray and Irradiate are in as scale 1 instead of 1.66.

Steiner:
You should be able to see it now. It's the first thread on the Planner section. Pretty much everyone who signed up on the updates thread is going to have access.
