Human form PB help

i've had a 50 for a long time and have been wanting to make a PB but don't know enough to create a build... can someone help me with an all Human PB?  i'd like to fit in the Leaping pool for Acro, and Fitness for Stamina.

also if it's possible i'd like to see a build for a Human/Dwarf PB.

No, he doesn't have any IO but it will give twiztidchild an idea of how to create one since that is what they asked.

They way he is setup is that you should always have a heal ready when you need it.

Between conserve and reform you should have a heal up.

Now this build is from along time ago - :P

But it worked well in previous issues.
