Veteran Bonus powers and Prestige Powers

I have been playing the game a very long time and I the option to get the Blackwand or Nemesis staff, Sands of Mu or the Ghost Slaying Axe permenately. I also have the Prestige run powers such as Power Quick and Power Slide. I usually put some slots on the run power in particular and don't see a way to add them.

since the all the pres runs are literally the same (minus the sweet effect some of them make) you can just slot it in normal sprint. If you put 2 in normal sprint and 2 in one of the pres sprints, just dump 4 slots on normal one. anything more than that, and it's a huge waste of slots.
