Just got that in an Email from a fellow Guildy.  I'm not going to test anything...I have my VEATs to make and my High Lv Alts plus my Main Hero to finish getting funds to complete their Enhancement Upgrades.

All available time will also be spent Arena Heal Farming...as often as possible....before I13 comes about to nerf that....

Arena Heal Farming isn't dead in Issue 13; however, if you've gotten more than 10% progress toward Empath on your bar, you should stop heal farming. Yes, seriously.

I read "Nerf" and "dead" on the Official Boards but haven't quite read fully into it so I didn't know the extent to which it was getting hit.  I've been helping a fellow Justice member gets his Empath for months...he's almost 75% done with it and I'm still clearing the lower Badges.

Besides the fact that healing decay has been changed, the decimal error for Empath has been fixed.
