What is the Vis column on my CIT management page?

It shows a little picture of a padlock if you have hidden that character from public view.

afaik, Vis stands for Visible
indicating what Shots said :)

We are still building the Site (slowly, in light of our recent "distractions" :P), so we may add how the "Vis" column work to the Help Text.
