Hey that looks like a really nice build. Haven't gotten to bots yet myself; haven't come up with a good concept. Seems like a very popular combo, however.
I run Staminaless Merc/Poison and Ninja/Storm Masterminds. The Ninja/Storm is still only 26, but has benefitted greatly from a handful of IOs, while the Merc/Poison hit 50 long before IOs came out (and I later respec'd into an even more efficient IO build). They both have an assortment of toggles and I found the greatest benefit to the builds was having 2 end reduxes in the upgrades, in addition to 30-60% in just about everything else. Oh and the Pet IO sets... boy what a difference they make! I didn't realize until after I rebuilt the Merc/Poison that the end reduxes in Pet sets affect both summon cost and the henchmen's attack costs, so I'm not dropping blues on the Commando anymore ('cept after Serum wears off).
I knew a Staminaless Bots/FF way back in the day and he seemed to do fine; I believe he had all 3 leadership toggles and aid other, self, and resuscitate. He had no attacks, however, and set up always brought him down pretty low. I can't imagine the devastation he'd wreak now if he were still playing with a solid IO build.
I don't think aid self is necessary, but could be nice to have if you've the room and slots. I'm going to try it out on the Ninja/Storm for chips and giggles. (It's always nice when the Medic comes to heal me, instead of punching some random enemy.)
Oh yeah... I wasn't terribly creative with the Ninja MM's henches names; Cyclone, Derecho, Gorogoro, Hokusai, Squall and Kamiseen, but the Merc/Poison's henches are A, E, I, O, U and Sometimes Y, which teams get a kick out of.
