CoH All Servers widget updates

I've updated my City of Heroes - All Server Status widget to Version 3.

Since the Yahoo! Widgets site takes about ten years to update, you can grab it from my widget page.

Version 3 release notes:

• more robust network error handling
• fixed typo in the prefs (Zukunft only has one "n")
• updated avatar bit for the new Titan Network
• do something sensible when no servers are selected (@Shades)

Version 4 of CoH All Servers is now available for your OCD pleasure.  Release notes:

• use new XML feed for NA server status
• fix EU XML feed URL
• tooltips show last server status update time (NA servers only)
• now actually shows status for different NA servers instead of just the last one (d'oh!)
• now shows Zukunft's status, too (apparently I can never spell that server's name)

Apple Dashboard version is now in progress.  Should be available before the Mac client hits open beta, unless I get swamped.
