So, I've parked a toon on the steps of City Hall in PChat.  I'd like you all to join me, if you have time over the next few days.

This time the torches are to say farewell to our fearless leader, TonyV.  Here's his announcement if you haven't seen it.

Please bring new toons with names that convey your well wishes and gratitude for all this man has done for our community.
