I have a character the right before he hit veteran level 2 all his powers stopped working
except the auto powers. All attacks, buffs, rez, pets, anything that has to be aimed or manually used does not function. It's as if they do not exist. Rebooting the game/computer does not fix this. As it stands now the toon is worthless.
