I was feeling reminiscent the other day and played some of the old CoH player-made videos from way back. I have a bunch of my favourites downloaded as WMV files.
When I play the classic
Killstealing Blues (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxaI-2X3-1A) I can't hear any of the dialogue. The YouTube version works fine, but when I play the WMV I get only the sound effects. Other videos by the same artist, such as
Your Super Powers and You, are fine.
Does anyone have any ideas? I notice the dialogue in
Killstealing Blues seems to be very far to the left, so I suspect that is a clue, but I don't know enough about WMVs to know what it signifies.
